Pros

  • Multichannel / Omnichannel connectivity to integrate with a ridiculous number of channels
  • Cost effective solution compared to Netsuite/ChannelAdvisor
  • Reliable with great support

Cons

  • User Interface is a bit of a mess and needs an upgrade but you get used to it over time
  • Support is impersonal and they have a confusing ticket system

Return on Investment

  • It has had a positive impact, allowing me to launch products on multiple channels simply and quickly
  • It has allowed me to run a growing business with a minimum of resources
