IncentivizedUse Cases and Deployment Scope
We use ScreenCloud Signage with 3 screens. One is for corporate communications. Another is more specific to manufacturing operations and the 3rd is used for our reception area with external-facing content.
Pros
- Upload of content
- Adjusting the order & display time of content
- Preview screen through web login is a nice feature to see how the display looks
Cons
- Scheduling dates content should be active- must manually add and remove from playlists
- More apps ! Like a new hire welcome that automatically reads a CVS file.
Likelihood to Recommend
Very good option to get up and running quickly without needing to invest a lot in training time for users. Less appropriate if you need to adjust your playlist content frequently throughout a day or week.
