Access to specific devices is good, as well as access to a specific browser/platform. We are not able to connect our dev environments to Sauce Labs because the devices are put in our VPC. Some versions are not available like iPhone with iOS 12.1. With iOS, there is limited/no support for push notifications without real devices due to Apple's provisioning profiles.

I am the salesforce admin I use AQI internally and it's a fantastic tool that I will be recommending at any future company I work for. It allows me to set up pre-established test routines, make changes in our salesforce instance, and then run those tests (like lead-to-op, or op-to-close) and see where the new validation rules or automation flows fail. Can't live without it now, saves me and my team countless hours.

Again, as a Salesforce admin, there is nothing worse than creating a new validation rule or feature, testing it out in sandbox thoroughly, then rolling it out into production, only to discover that your testing didn't uncover a bug that stops the company from closing deals. This eliminates that completely, and in a way that is easily repeatable, and can be done in an instant. You essentially 'record' the steps you want to take to test a process, then you can replay it at any time after any changes have been made. No more testing the lead-to-op process a dozen times a quarter, with the click of a button, it's done.
Sauce Labs is used at our company at the team level, which is a test automation support team and is used by the various sprint teams by developers, QAs, and even BAs. Sauce Labs helps us ensure our applications are tested thoroughly on multiple browsers across many versions. It is also being used for mobile app testing.

We use Sauce Labs very extensively to run Mobile Application test cases in different version and simulators. In our organisation, we have multiple departments and multiple modules, almost all modules use Sauce Labs to execute Mobile and Web test cases. In executing tests on different environments very very easily. Screen recordings helped a lot in debugging failed tests.
We are using Sauce Labs across our Product Development organization. The account itself and the integration with our test infrastructure is managed by the QA organization. We use Sauce Labs to ensure we can validate all our automated tests across all the key browsers. We currently execute 55,000+ automated tests each month. We have recently started using the new E2E visual regression capabilities (screener).
Pros
We have a strong partnership with our account team. They are always willing to help us understand how we are doing, what the opportunity areas are, and are there new tools and capabilities we can take advantage of.
They have been a big advocate for the quality work we are doing in our company. This changed some of the perception within our own organization and I'm grateful for that.
Analytics are awesome and always help us understand how we can do better.

I've had four changes in account managers over the past couple of years. They ranged from super experienced/advocate to some that seems relatively junior/a bit removed. I understand this happens but clarity on what I can expect with these partnerships would be valuable. What I've gotten in the end has varied dramatically.

Sauce Labs is obviously great for ensuring you can validate all your tests against cross browsers. This was our first priority as an organization and have been very happy with the ease with which we were able to integrate with Sauce Labs, the stability of the platform, and the analytics provided on our test runs.

Very well suited for scenarios where in an automation engineers needs to test the end to end flow of the application to verify the correctness of new features. Useful for both the mobile and browser testing. The headless feature is also quite useful for quick execution of testcases in the required environment.
