SauceLabs allows us to rid ourselves of tech debt-heavy Selenium configurations and write quality tests. Additionally, the ability to cross-browser and device test using virtualized browsers and device farms simplifies our configurations and allows us to re-focus resources on what matters. Once upon a time, it was necessary to manage all of this configuration on-site, and SauceLabs has taken on this management which allowed us to move faster. Their Cypress product does need some work but I would not hesitate to use them if you are using WebDriver.io.
Pros
Device virtualizion
Enterprise support
Selenium configuration management
Cons
Cypress support / configuration
Insight into test runs. I want to know what tests are slow or flaky and why.
Better dashboards. Managers / Directors want something they can consume with valuable high-level information in minutes.
Likelihood to Recommend
Sauce Labs is well suited for teams using Selenium-based testing flows, [which] need enterprise level support, and cross browser, cross-device testing management. SauceLabs is not for smaller teams that will not be [scaled] to support multiple generations of multiple browsers on multiple devices. However, if you are a small team and want to offload your entire selenium configuration to get rid of technical debt, it could be valuable there as well.

Sauce Labs is used at our company at the team level, which is a test automation support team and is used by the various sprint teams by developers, QAs, and even BAs. Sauce Labs helps us ensure our applications are tested thoroughly on multiple browsers across many versions. It is also being used for mobile app testing.
Pros
Supports many browsers and versions.
API for collecting test + build data.
Great enterprise support.
Thorough documentation
Cons
Scaling VMs horizontally is expensive.
Site UX can use an upgrade.
Searching for test and build information is cumbersome.
Likelihood to Recommend
Sauce Labs is perfectly suited for any company or organization that needs to test on closed-source browsers such as Internet Explorer, Safari, and MS Edge. In addition, it is ideal for users that need high availability of automation test infrastructure as the VMs are always available if they are not being used.

We use Sauce Labs currently to manually test our applications in older browsers, namely IE 10 and 11. Since our applications must support these browsers, this is invaluable to our QA process. In the past, we have also used it for running automated Selenium tests.
Pros
SauceConnect is a great tool for testing your local instance for quick results.
UI is simple and easy to understand.
Team management tools are good for department leaders.
Cons
I think there could be better documentation (i.e. examples) for implementing automated tests.
Likelihood to Recommend
Sauce Labs is well-suited for teams with dedicated QA testers and automation engineers. While other teams can use the manual testing, to get the full experience out of it, you'll really need some dedicated resources. With that said, I have pushed for Sauce Labs at every company I've been at for the last 4 years and will continue to do so! It's a great product.

Likelihood to Recommend
In executing tests on different environments very very easily. Screen recordings helped a lot in debugging failed tests.
Very well suited for scenarios where in an automation engineers needs to test the end to end flow of the application to verify the correctness of new features. Useful for both the mobile and browser testing. The headless feature is also quite useful for quick execution of testcases in the required environment.
Across the whole organisation - it is used by the whole company.
Pros

Excellent customer support.
Performance dashboard analytics.
Cons
Allow users to be in multiple teams. Currently one user can only belong to one team.
If the team has its own private devices, it can’t use the private devices belong to the whole company organisation. We should allow a team to access their own devices and the company devices.

From the past year, Sauce Labs and their tools have been an integral part of my department. Sauce Labs works daily to run tests and ensure the infrastructural compatibility, functionality, and performance of the applications.

Sometimes it takes a little longer than a few days to get my support cases to closed
