What is SatisMeter?

SatisMeter is a customer feedback tool designed to assist businesses in measuring customer satisfaction and gathering feedback via NPS surveys through various channels such as email, mobile apps, and web apps. SatisMeter provides users with the ability to run recurring surveys with throttling and sampling options available. Users can export data in CSV format or use APIs using Webhooks for further analysis outside of SatisMeter.
