It helps manage work solutions. It really helps the company micro-manage issues. This is a really useful software to use and doesn't seem to crash like most software. I as well as my colleagues find this software very useful and would recommend it to any other company based on the performance that it provides.

I would give this software 10 stars. Just based on its smooth performance and how it runs. Would recommend it to other companies in a heartbeat. Hands down. It runs smoothly and has never crashed or lagged on anyone at my company. We would purchase again with over 500 employees at my company.
