Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have deployed all our SAP applications on SAP HANA Cloud. After deployment on SAP HANA cloud we have seen significant improvement in all SAP applications performance in terms of speed and analytical capabilities. We have also seen below benefits after deployment.

1) We get higher availability for our applications.

2) We able to increase/upsize or reduce/downsize the DB size as per requirement.

3) We able to recover particular backup using self-service feature.

We are using SAP HANA Cloud environment to run our all sap applications. SAP HANA Cloud provide us scalability and flexibility which help us to save money on infrastructure and maintenance. It's in-memory database structure is really awesome which helped us faster data processing and parallel queries execution.It also provide us higher availability and zero downtime.

As per my opinion, it is suitable for both medium and large organizations because it provides you flexibility and scalability. So you don't have to worry about initial infrastructure cost. Even it fulfills your future infrastructure requirements. For smaller organizations it is expensive solution but they can go for it.

We use it for product management and for various processes. In our department, we primarily use it for manufacturing and expiration data for product orders and stock maintenance. we use it to generate process orders and also for the release of batches. For the packing department, we use it for the price of product updation.

It managed various processes like manufacturing, expiration date, and price management.

Easy modification for any changes.
Creation of new SAP T codes.
Annual product review preparation related functions.

As we are working in different financial sectors like investment banking, insurance, and many more, the SAP HANA cloud is used for real-time data storage and analysis of the data. This is helping us handle large volumes of data easily and allows us to transition from batch to real-time bringing agility onboard. We have migrated our legacy to real-time and used the same for CCM, which helped us to use real-time data for triggering customer communications as well as saved us a huge amount.
