I use SAP Concur as an expense reporting tool to submit my own report and to approve other's reports for processing. The "problem" that this product addresses is submitting reports for expenses. I wouldnt classify expenses as a "problem" but more of a need, and this need can bi filled more effeciently by another app, or maybe by some clarificaitons from SAP to our accounting department. The scpoe of our use case is collecting expences to track spending and control outgoing payments.

SAP does what you tell it to. So if it is reporting incorrectly, it is because you told it to report incorrectly. On the other hand, when I am going back through to look up some past expenses, I cannot do so. Once the report is "approved/ paid" it goes away for me and I need to request one of my employees to look up and send me what I am needing to reference.
Travel requests are triggered through Concur for necessary approvals .The entire expense report process, from creation to approval and reimbursement, is handled through Concur. It is very easy to use and very systematic, making the travel claim process very simple

I feel there are a lot of unused menus, maybe a profile-based menu setup for users so that only essential menus are exposed to the end user, as some time can be saved in finding the right menu and options
