For most organisations, especially for big ones, SAP Concur is an excellent Expense Management Tool. Its user friendliness and dynamic design makes it easier for employees on all fronts. The single sign on and multi device sync is very well suited for the fast-paced environment. As a long time user, adding and managing expenses has never been easier!

One platform for all our expense related requirements. Our employees can easily submit their expenses using the templates to speed up their submission and save time. The application is easy to use and covers all default categories as standards however also gives opportunity to add new custom codes or categories. The mobile accessible further enhances usability for our users and integration with financial systems makes end to end experience smoother.

Concur itself is quite easy to work on the approval processes on most of expense items and travel endorsements. A problem is that we have not implemented SAP suite yet and then we are not fully leveraging seamless authorization processes of Concur yet for the travel pre-approvals.

Unless we have not used full package of SAP, we could be unable to unlock all of functionalities of Concur.

We use Concur to deal with the travel managemnet planing and expenses and the employee reimbursement. It work very well for planning and expense entering, but i miss the possibility to have a "trip" concept and being able to connect several expenses reports to the same trip.

Very easy planning. Entering expenses is more complicated due to tax rules and minimum fields that need to be fullfilled. Some allowances in Czech Republic are being calculated accurately in all cases.
