I have used SAP Cloud for Social Engagement within my company's Sourcing Department. We use Social Engagement to communicate with our e-commerce customers and vendors. We also use Social Engagement within our Sales Department to communicate with clients.

- Include more social network standard integrations
- Include more ready to use templates
- Add more metrics within reports being pulled
