From Account / Contact records, to Opportunity management, to Territory Management, it covers many bases and I don't see another solution being able to provide what Sales Cloud does.

It has a great user interface which makes life easy for the team to follow plus it is highly customizable with point and click so no more waiting around the coding. It supports a wide range of reports and dashboards out of the box, so you can plug and play with it.
