We use Sales Force Assistant to onboard our new hires and get them acclimated to process and procedures. It solves our need to rack prospects, clients, and former clients
Pros
- Great technology that meets expectations
- excellent customer service when we have a service need
- Good security for peace of mind. We feel our data is protected securely
Cons
- Could be more training modules
- improve the landing page to be less overwhelming, but I am nitpicking here as it's great
- Could be more mobile friendly.
Likelihood to Recommend
Sales Force Assistant was great for getting a team onboarded. Less appropriate for training ongoing hires.
