Use Cases and Deployment Scope

The business needed to create a pathway for wholesale customers to purchase products on the website. This needed to be a separate entity from the regular retail customers. As such the plugins fulfil this role as the best option that we found on the market. The backend options for set up and configuration are what we need to implement the system for end users on the front end. What was truly great was the support we received. It was quick and informative. They really cared to make sure that we had things working as we wanted.

If you are looking for a system in your WordPress website to cater for wholesale clients then this should be your go to plugin. There are many options in the suite to accommodate for all the things you need. As well as give you more options for those things that you might not have thought of, but are useful to the benefit of your business.

Wow. I tried a few different wholesale plugins for my ecommerce website and was so disappointed- overcomplicated, nit picky controls requiring lots of labour and troubleshooting. After a lot of research, I decided to take a chance on the Rymera Wholesale suite. Holy cow - it was up and running inside of a couple of hours, no troubles on the back or front end, and our customers LOVE the new interface. I wish all plugins were this easy to use. I haven't needed to take advantage of contacting support because the guides are so clear and comprehensive- like "product category and product page settings get precedence over the general settings." So simple. Really admire the engineering.

We needed to streamline the wholesale side of our business. The retail side has our hands full already and needed a product that could distinguish between wholesale and retail clients using the same system. The wholesale suite enabled us to do this and was easy enough without a few sample videos on their website to set everything up within 1-3 days. Their support is also friendly and efficient, we had some styling issues on the wholesale product table due to the theme we used. The wholesale support team sorted it out for us within 12 hours.

Product Table for admins to update wholesale, cost and retail pricing on 1 screen. Would be more efficient and not having to open each product to update pricing.
Product table to show percentage discount to wholesale users next to the price
Product table column to show profit the wholesale user could make if MSRP price is set or sold at retail price.
Product table to show more modern add to cart popup
Product table to allow more customisation, like font size, font style
Product table to allow to style add to cart button, like rounded edges, wire button, etc.
Allow users to select product table background color
Registration Form fields, please add the delivery address fields and checkbox to use physical address as delivery address
Registration form, also allows user to change the text the end-user sees of the standard field names like STATE, not all countries have states, but have also have Provinces.
Checkout screen, the users can manipulate and change the minimum order requirements after entering the checkout screen. No validation happening here?

Rymera Wholesale Suite is well suited for when you would like to onboard and sell products to retail and wholesale clients on the same platform. If only selling retail, it is likely not suitable, however, the onboarding registration plugin could be a nice alternative to the standard website registration due to its custom fields that could be added.

Easy to use order form

Cons

I'd like to be able to add products to existing orders at wholesale price (if I add a product it is added at retail price)
A built in deposit function would be good so I have the option to request a 50% deposit at the time of ordering
The option of wholesale purchases not affecting inventory. I have to have separate versions for each product (retail and pre-order/wholesale) because wholesale orders affect the current inventory

[With Rymera Wholesale Suite] I like having the ability to offer wholesale prices on our retail site to customers with wholesale access. I can also imagine using the pricing tiers at a later date.
