We use Rippling to centralize our HR platform. Our organization primarily uses Rippling to manage Benefits, Pay, Performance, PTO, and HR documentation tracking. The main issue Rippling addresses is organizing multiple HR platforms into one central, easy to use tool. Previously, we had a variety of different platforms we were using to manage our HR applications - requiring multiple accounts and logins. Rippling allows us to consolidate all of these various applications into one portal, saving time and money.

Rippling takes the difficulty out of tracking PTO - whether it is holiday, vacation, or maternity/paternity leave
Several other Performance Review applications are disorganized and frustrating to use. Rippling does a great job to overcome these difficulties by properly outlining the functionality of the tool

The Company Organization chart could use an overhaul. The chart can sometimes be difficult to view as it is tricky to navigate on the app
It would be great to see if Rippling had more usage of a Company calendar. We put on multiple events each year, but these are tracked in a separate platform
It would be great if we could use Rippling to help manage contractors/sub-contractors. Currently, it seems Rippling is more geared towards full-time employees. But being able to manage a database of contract hires would be extremely helpful

Rippling is great for managing goals, performance, and pay. I appreciate how easy Rippling is to give and receive feedback during performance review time. Rippling allows users to submit anonymous feedback and making the review process as smooth and easy as possible. Rippling also does a great job in tracking pay and seeing previous statements. The organization of these documents is extremely beneficial, especially during tax season or to look back on how much you were paid over the year.
I use Rippling on a daily basis. The scope and business problems I used most often including bellowing items such as Compensation Management, Health Insurance Administration, Document Management, Electronic Forms, Vacation/Leave Tracking, Payroll Reporting, HR Resources, Single Sign On, Optical Character Recognition, Payroll Document PDF download and Management, and etc.

So far so good. I didn't find any big scenarios where they are less appropriate. Only one item brought my attention is that when one of my compensation application has be denied recently and the reason is not clear to me and there is no channel for discussion or argument. The best part I felt is the simple and clear operation web where the input is very straightforward.
We use Rippling as an attendance management tool and payroll app. Rippling solves the problem of managing our attendance on a daily basis and managing our payroll using different platforms. Rippling is an app that can handle both payroll and attendance instead of using different apps or platforms.

Rippling is well-suited for managing attendance and payroll since this is what we use in the company. I can't think of any scenario tha it is less appropriate.
It's very simple and easy to use, to keep track of my time off. I can also keep track of where I am in my organization. I can find anyone I work with and what role they have within our organization. It's very easy to look into my benefits and benefits funds I have available in my flex spending account. Also includes my take home pay and all the info on what gets taken out of my check.

If I have to ask my supervisor for days off, I can easily add them to my Rippling time off report and it automatically sends an email to my supervisor. Sometimes we get new hires and if I curious about where they fall in our organization I can look them up in the organization chart.
We use Rippling for most of our HR needs. Run payroll, adjust contributions, distribute tax forms, track time off, show our org chart, it helps facilitate our health benefits and sends great reminders when you have open tasks to follow up on and it facilitates new hires and their onboarding.

I would make "apps" more discoverable - should I be using more? Is there a benefit?

It's easy, straightforward, and engaging. There is not much more you can ask for for an HR platform. Rippling is a great choice for different levels of complexity and they are always improving their feature set.
I use Rippling mainly for expense management, benefits management and for time off. It keeps these functions under one roof and easily accessible, while offering a very intuitive UI.

I use rippling for my Time and Attendence management as well as my benefits management. It is hard to visualize your benefits and ripping does a great job of showing and outling all your benefits in a neat and tidy UI. In addition it is easy to find other employees if I need to and any vacation and PTO I need to submit or see how much time I have available.

In previous jobs changing benefits and looking for how much PTO I have was complicated and time consuming. With rippling just about everything is easy. I no longer feel anxious about having to navigate the user interface to get what I need done. I feel confident in Rippling and that makes things much easier and less stressful.
The desktop versions of benefits updated runs seamlessly vs the mobile app.

Rippling provides notifications for new tasks and convenient reminders for when they are due and seamlessly connects other programs and apps through their Single Sign On. By far the easiest and most intuitive application both on desktop and through mobile I've used for work.

Rippling is fantastic for users who may not have a lot or any experience in the professional work space particularly with companies that are mid to large size. Easy to understand interface leaves most users able to find anything they need without needing assistance. May not be the best resource for highly specific questions or if you need to work with another person directly.
It allows me to see other employees and my company manage their info for other users in the company to be able to see and contact if needed it is also used for our time and attendance to be able to track all of your time and attendance and pay stubs along with other tax information which makes it super easy and easy to access on pretty much any device it is also used for our vacation time off request for any type of other time off that we need to make it easy and intuitive for supervisors and employees to communicate without having to be face to face

Being able to access my pay stubs instantly and sometimes even before I get paid it's just in feeling uploaded it and I was very nice and I'm able to access all that stuff instantly also time off request instantly go to my supervisor and they can instantly be approved or denied without having to go into the company or meet face-to-face with anyone it is very intuitive very easy to use and very simplified for any type of user
