We use Rippling to look at and enroll in our benefits packages; it's very easy to navigate. I'm also able to track the hours that I have accumulated for PTO, sick time, and unpaid leave. We are able to look up all of our paystubs, to make sure they are accurate, and i get an email when I get paid, which is nice.

I like the Rippling portal is great. Its easy to understand and navigate through it.
We use Rippling for all of the employee's timecards. We also use it for all of our time off requests and it shows what benefits we have. It is a really useful tool for us and it is very easy to navigate. It is also a central place to send us tasks that we have to do for training.

I love Rippling, Everything on the site is very easy to use. The time clock aspect or section is very easy to use. Everything is organized in a very easy to use format. We use tablets at our job that are hung up on the walls and that is where everyone clocks in and out. And we very rarely have any issues with Rippling. The only thing that causes difficulty are the updates, but that is something that cannot be changed.
At Gridhawk we utilize Rippling as a tool for managing medical, dental, life insurance policies, tracking our PTO (vacation,sick time), requesting time off, payroll and paystubs. Gridhawk, also uses Rippling for internal memos and agreements. I've worked for other companies who utilize different platforms that weren't as fluid as Rippling. I enjoy Rippling for its ease of use and accuracy. It's very user friendly and since I'm not Uber savvy with technology. It's a huge plus. Our company is based in another state and it's proven to be a fast, and efficient medium for response regarding requesting time off and staying up to date with insurance policies. Keep it up Rippling. There is Rippling, and then there is everyone else!

Ripping can adapt to many different types of business. It would take some work but you can customize it very well to your needs. As you add features, you need to speak with lots of sales reps, and you need to spend lots of time in the system, but you can make it work for you.
