Rippling's ability to automate onboarding (including payroll, benefits, device provisioning, and app access) and offboarding is a massive time-saver...A non-tech-savvy organization where HR staff prefer to pick up the phone and talk directly to a dedicated support representative for every question or issue.
From my perspective, we use Rippling for anything HR related. Our offer letters get stored there and any state related work posters, our pay stubs, our time off requests, our benefits, etc. We manage our FSA through there. Our office holidays are listed and updated there. Our sexual-harassment trainings are held through there I believe too.

Anything HR related. My entire three years of this company I've never run into an issue using the system from the get-go. It's been super easy. The paystub management is easy. The time off request is easy. Finding my offering letter or any other work documentation is easy. Managing how I want my paycheck split within Rippling is super easy.
I have used Rippling specially to sign and read documents when my company requires it and I have used to request PTO and to know the balance of vacations and PTO I have at the moment and to write the performance review for myself, also I used it to load expenses for my company.

Easier login processes, sometimes it takes a while to login for security purposes but if you are in a rush it's hard.
Email reminders for certain notifications like when your manager accepts you PTO.

I think Rippling is appropriate for companies that have employees that work from home and need to for example sign and read company documents or need to request vacations or PTO to their manager easily. Maybe is not so appropriate for smaller companies that work in the office and have more face to face interaction.
Previously we used to track all the leaves and wfh taken in a spread sheet and and used to inform the manager regarding the leave or wfh, Later with Rippling we have automated the process of applying the leave, managing the total leaves, taking survey, mid year and yearly reviews easily and fast

We are much like a startup. We use Rippling for various tasks such as requesting Time Offs, Work From Homes, Submitting any Surveys and To know about our employees including details like whose their manager and their contact details and our whole organizational structure and also payroll process. Rippling makes it easier to manage everything from one place.

Rippling is easy to use. That's what I think. This thing is better to request Time offs, Work From Homes, and other things. Once my Superior accepts my request I even get a mail saying that my request is accepted. It is less appropriate when I think about the theme that I currently using. If they provide any theme to change it. I would immediately take it
Everything around HR we use Rippling for. This includes compliance, payroll, expenses reports, etc. We use it to keep important documents such as contracts signed as well on Rippling. It has been a great product, and has made everything so much more easy to use. It mainly just streamlines everything in one place since we are a small team and would like to spend as little time as possible on stuff like this

The main advantage of Rippling is that everything is tracked based on role. Mainly employee details and leave management and very easy in adminstration department to store everything.

Rippling is a good platform for tracking everything in one place for any company's day-to-day operations, such as payroll, employee data, role management, leave management, and so on. The best thing is Role management. It is very well implemented based on the role permissions employee is accessing the based on his limits.
HR-related inquiries, challenges and information. Every button/option has its own purpose, and everything is packed together in a neat package. Very easy to use, as the layout makes it straightforward to reach any inquiry needed, such as business expenses, days off, paystubs, information in the company position and all of the documents signed during hiring. Moreover, it has additional sections dedicated to employee training and corporate learning management systems.

Include missing buttons in the main menu layout.
During onboarding, make it more straightforward to change languages for those that don't speak the local native language of the country they were hired in.
Every time during onboarding I was instantly redirected to completing the onboarding steps, and I was only trying to modify my personal profile with images and personal details. (the onboarding page was on hold and only thing I needed to do was wait for documents signed to be validated.)

I believe that Rippling needs to enable visibility of all buttons inside of the main menu, or if not all, the most basic ones. This is due to a lot of confusion for people in different countries having different buttons available and making it confusing. Overall, the onboarding experience could stand to be less spammed towards "'just complete the onboarding please", as multiple redirects towards that specific page were quite annoying.

Rippling is our primary HR platform for time off requests, reviews, holiday tracking, and correspondence with management (letters, approvals, etc.). We don’t use it for expenses, so it seems to be a basic plan for our HR platform. However, it serves its purpose well, and I’ve logged in many times to find what I’m looking for!

It is well suited for smaller companies needing to utilize their HR services! It is not as suited for larger corporations, but especially for my company, which operates in the creative/music/art/media world, it works very well. We may also be using the basic features so that it can do even more for a larger entity.
