Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use ZoomInfo to gather more contacts and accounts into our CRM to ensure our sales and marketing teams can contact the correct people. This would be infinitely more challenging without Zoom's capability. My team also uses RingLead as a data loader, and it saves countless hours of manual work by allowing us to update and load data in bulk without human error. It's an invaluable tool in our organization.
Pros

Cons
- RingLead—You have to be very careful about what you update, since it's a live update tool. It's still the best tool available, hands down. You just have to be careful.
Likelihood to Recommend
The contact enrichment feature adds missing contact info, like emails or phone numbers. It also allows us to confirm that the address information on our CRM matches what Zoom says. I wish more emails were available within the service, but what you can glean from Zoom makes marketing to the correct personas much easier.
