Use Cases and Deployment Scope
Obviously, we use RingCentral for our virtual meetings. We are using it for interviews, clients meetings, internal meetings, and happy hours. Meeting virtually does a substantial amount to solve our problem of not being in the office or being able to be in front of customers regularly. We still meet with clients who use TEAMS, ZOOM, etc... so we are seeing all the platforms and Ringcentral actually works pretty well. There are a few bugs that never seem to get fixed, but once you work around a few things, it's easy to use and idiot-proof. The biggest PROs are it's easy to use and is pretty reliable. The cons are the apps are clunky and not well designed. We get a lot of external people asking us to use their virtual meeting platform of choice because they "don't want to register". Even though you don't have to register to use RingCentral, that isn't super obvious [on] the login page. And my biggest con is the format RingCentral uses on the Outlook invite is analog and 5 thousand letters long. All in all, it's all about the product though, and it is a good product for the price.
