If you have RingCentral, it comes with the service. If you don't, other services are just as good.
RingCentral Meetings is always a dependable video conference solution. The user interface is easy to use and the audio quality is dependably good. I have used other video conferencing tools such as UberConference, Dialpad, WebEx and Google Meets for many years but always come back to RingCentral Meetings because of its quality.
Pros

RingCentral is used in our company to arrange virtual meetings on short notice and It has facilitated us that I can communicate with my team from almost anywhere without any difficulty. My team and I have never faced an unfortunate situation in which our meetings stop working and it is not less than a blessing.
Pros
The quality of audio and video it provides is high definition.
It doesn’t require any strong connection to work.
The screen sharing feature is highly facilitating as I can share files, documents, or any presentation with my team
Cons
It has absurd pricing and there should be a decline in price.
It supports only a limited number of participants.
Likelihood to Recommend
RingCentral is a good option as it has facilitated us and eased us as we don’t always have to be in the office to communicate with my team as This tool provides the real meeting like experience in virtual meetings and with its features like recording and screen sharing, we can make our sessions even more attractive and convenient.
RingCentral Meetings is being used through the whole company as a per request bases. It's an alternative tool like Google Hangout, Microsoft team, or Zoom. It's an alternative tool for the flexibility of support, sales, and communications through our teams, users, end-users, and customers of course. It's been more of an optional tool then our main one.
Pros
It looks similar
Follows what works
integrates well with it's phone call feature
Cons
Bandwidth sensitive
Updates interfere with meetings
Can slow down machine
Likelihood to Recommend
It would be a good alternative tool. Unfortunately not the main tool yet. It's a bit buggy compared to the other competition as GoToMeeting and/or Zoom. The looks like Zoom to a degree, but not quite the same. The virtual backgrounds as failed me before. Best to have a green screen behind you as a backup. Even with a power computer it still can drop on you.

The company standard is Microsoft Teams however we use RingCentral Meetings for customers that we can't connect to while using MS Teams. RingCentral Meetings is used for customer meetings, technical troubleshooting, education and other uses including inter-departmental training sessions and meetings. Departments that actively use RingCentral Meetings are at least Product Management, Sales, IT, and others.
Pros
manages background noise
live background filters
works with low bandwidth
intuitive interface
Cons
creating and using groups are confusing in the beginning
guests activation is confusing
setting up meetings are cumbersome and confusing
Likelihood to Recommend
RingCentral Meetings is well suited for small teams and short contact lists. Its compatibility with MAC, Chromebooks, IOS and Android devices are smooth and you can easily conduct a meeting with participants on all these platforms. Their background choices are good and you can easily customize your background. The live background feature was refreshing.
We use RingCentral Meetings for some meetings with consultants, primarily by the development team in the IT department. It is the standard platform for our particular consultants, and rather than creating accounts for them on our locally-used platform, it was decided for us to use their platform for meetings. This allows us to meet with outside groups without having to worry about managing temporary accounts and/or permissions in our local platform.
Pros
Cross-platform
Good performance for both video and audio
Easy to use interface
Cons
Meeting links always link to RingCentral's website, prompting for a download of the app even though the app is already installed. This may be a Mac-specific issue, as I can't speak to how it behaves in Windows
Likelihood to Recommend
If all you need is a simple to use meeting platform, RingCentral Meetings may suit your needs. Where it appears to be weakest is integration with other relevant platforms such as Exchange or JIRA/Confluence.

We utilize RingCentral for our phone and ACD platform, and RingCentral Meetings is used across the organization for many types of meetings. It integrates with the accounts/systems we already have set up for our users in RingCentral and allows all users to participate in phone, video, or screenshare meetings.
Pros
Familiarity - it's Zoom with a different wrapping.
Integration with phone system.
Built-in ability to dial in from a phone.
Cons
RingCentral as a platform has some branding issues/marketing confusion between Meetings, Phone, Nice, InContact back-end, etc.
Meeting invites have a lot of numbers which can be used, but it becomes noise.
RingCentral Meetings is a Video Conference platform on top of a Phone/VoIP system, so it's unclear to users when to use Conference calls, phone calls, or Meetings.
Likelihood to Recommend
If you're in a company [that] is heavily invested in Nice/InContact/RingCentral already, this is an easy addition for video conferencing. It's Zoom in a RingCentral wrapping, so it should be familiar to most users who were on a computer in 2020.
RingCentral has the ability for text/chat, ACD systems, Meetings, etc. so it's very full-featured, but for a company utilizing Office 365, Teams is a better option for most of these things. What RingCentral Meetings does better than Teams is that it has call-in options built in, whereas you have to add these to Teams via Office 365 administration.

Company wide usage for all forms of meetings, presentations, etc. Needed an easy way to meet for online calls, with our without video sharing and desktop sharing. This solution offers all that, as well as various meeting and chat features for team collaborations in a virtual setting. Similar to many products on the market.
Pros
Ease of use, little training needed.
Works well, no issues in use.
Easy to use collaboration features like chat.
Good utilization of screen real estate.
Cons
It does utilize a lot of pop-up screens to navigate to the actual window.
Depending on permissions, some popup features may have issues.
Likelihood to Recommend
Generally easy to use which is great. However, its way of utilizing pop-up windows and application windows, can be an issue depending on user computer setup/permissions, etc. Also, moving around through the windows can be disorienting for some users. That aside, the app and features themselves, pretty easy to use and work well.
I've been a longtime RingCentral user, long before Meetings was launched. RingCentral is now a full-featured communication platform that we use both internally as well as externally with clients. It is currently being used across all departments, including sales, marketing and customer support. RingCentral Meetings allows us to host our phone and video meetings all in a single platform and app, which creates a more seamless communications platform as well as one less technology to manage and integrate.
Pros
Easy to use and works across platforms.
Dial in feature is great and has numbers for numerous countries.
Customer support is top notch, you can actually speak to someone if you have an issue.
Cons
The mobile app has a habit of logging you out without you knowing.
The invite feature should be clearer for first time users, we have had clients who needed extra support to get going for their first meeting.
Switching back and forth between the mobile and desktop apps is not very intuitive.
Likelihood to Recommend
I would recommend RingCentral for any business that looking to make the jump to Voice over IP and also want business essentials like video meetings all in one app. RingCentral Meetings integrates very well with its other communication tools which makes it very easy for a business to manage their communications in a single platform. The only scenario I see where RingCentral Meetings not being a good fit is if a business will be using video meetings as a marketing tool where they need extra marketing features like lead form captures and notification emails to be sent out.
