The transition from software vendor to Rimini Street third-party support was well managed and planned, with great visibility of progress. The ability to react quickly to impacting issues and have engineers engaged at speed is impressive. The understanding of and engagement around support issues related to software incompatibility, which inevitably occur over time, was great.

Maritz customized the ATG code quite a bit, they learned enough to support our version. Could have dug in a bit more.

When Maritz moved ATG to Google Cloud Platform, they served as sounding board for our implementation. When we had issues a month after the release, they worked around the clock to help debug the problem, even though it turned out to not be an ATG issue.
When we needed Endeca help when we were refreshing our lower environments with production data, Rimini Street found a resource who was able to help us complete the task.
They are too good! I can't think of anything negative!

They like to work with you, not just in the background. I'd rather have them on the phone or in the system with you so that they understand the issue live and not just try to recreate something in the background! They are great at this.

They could improve their analyst's reading of ticket notes: often times have to repeat the situation to multiple people on the same ticket.
The patch and document archive/migration from Oracle could have been smoother and more effective.
