Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our field team will enter hours for their groups and then we solidify the numbers and export them to CMiC for payroll processing. Rhumbix helps us save time when logging hours. We previously used to manually enter hours in CMiC.

Pros

  • Receives hours
  • Exports hours
  • Allows adding hours for groups at a time

Cons

  • It could be faster, there is often a lag
  • The computer user interface is not as friendly as the iPad user interface

  • Using Rhumbix has shaved off about 6 hours a week dedicated to time and payroll
