Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It was used to support our hyper-local marketing strategy by feeding the Google My Business listings, for which we had five at the time with reviews. It was being used purely by the marketing department. It addresses one of Google's key factors for showing up in the search results: relevance.

Pros

Customization of workflows.
The best customer support I've ever encountered. They get involved in process design to achieve user goals.
Platform works flawlessly.
Extra perks such as widget to display reviews and NAP data review.

Cons

Tough to think of any.

Likelihood to Recommend

Very well suited to anyone seeking to grow their reputation through sourcing reviews. They have advanced automation features that many can take advantage of to automate the process too.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have customers who complain about products (cannot disclose the names of the products), ReviewInc helps me understand the genuineness of the feedback from a client. Sometimes clients even make a decision to stop using the product even after investing a huge amount of money. ReviewInc gives them chance to make a second opinion about the decision made.

Like for my last client where I had to make a decision on whether to continue with the product or stop further investment in it. I came to ReviewInc, shared the review of the product the client was boasting about and asked him to make the correct decision about whether to move ahead or stop at this juncture.
