Use Cases and Deployment Scope
REsimpli is the CRM tool that I use for my Real Estate business to keep track of potential sellers and buyers. REsimpli also offers a Sellers website and a Buyers website that I am taken advantage of. The customer service is very helpful and responsive. They assisted me in getting compliant and setting up so I can text, call and email inside the CRM platform. 100% satisfied and would recommend REsimpli!
Pros
- Webform to add new leads into the CRM is very helpful
- Calls are recorded automatically and put in the Lead notes
- Websites for Sellers and separate website for selling properties
Cons
- The additional cost of e-signing documents
- The Dialer did not work well for me. When a disconnected number was called, it would just ring for 30 seconds and did not recognize it was a disconnected number
Return on Investment
- I was able to cancel other outside services because it was included in REsimpli
- It tracks my BUYERS and I can email or SMS blast selected buyers
- Keeping track of closed deals and profits
