We use Relias Learning Management System to complete trainings that are mandated for employees based on the individuals title position, contract, and department. This product helps us enroll all the employees to the same training very easily, and it identifies the number of employees with pending and completed trainings.

We currently use Relias Learning Management System to streamline how we are able to push out mandatory trainings to employees who are spread out across the WNY area, as well as a mixture of remote & on-site employees. We also use Relias Learning Management System to for policy sign offs, supervisor trainings that we create and upload in the Relias Learning Management System, etc. The platform is very versatile--having a lot of pre-built trainings in the system but allowing you to create and upload your own as well.

Relias Learning Management System defaults to sending excessive email reminders--there are ways to curb this but we've heard from staff that the emails are too frequent

Relias Learning Management System is a massive training platform that gives companies great options for getting crucial development & trainings opportunities out to their staff. Specifically, we've used the platform to build new supervisor training courses that better prepare our leaders for what they will face in the department. We've also used the platform to build benefits & leave process reminders and walk-throughs.
Relias offers an impressive amount of on-line trainings geared towards healthcare and behavioral health compliance. The product is easy to administer and keep track of the courses that are required for staff to take and also the courses that they have completed. Back when we originally purchased the product the service was impeccable however in recent years that has drastically changed.

Was a fan of Relias for several years but when a problem came up this past year their service was very lacking. They showed no interest in coming up with a solution to the situation. Over the course of the past few years Relias changed the courses that we had access to which caused us a problem with finding appropriate trainings for some compliance areas. The courses were still offered in Relias but we just no longer had access to the courses. I worked with a representative for over a year and there was nothing resolved. It was basically, we are sorry but things change, and we can't do anything for you. In the meantime, the overall cost jumped significantly. I will no longer recommend Relias to colleagues.
Relias Learning Management System is used across the state of Arizona for our Behavioral Health network of Providers. The system makes transferability of course completions across agencies in the network invaluable.

I feel that Relias [Learning Management System] could be much more engaging and user friendly for the amount they charge per month. Caregivers often complain about how dull and monotonous the videos are.

For companies that need a training platform with a vast catalog of courses and checklists, and those who don't want to customize their own courses, Relias is great. It's a little bit clunky, but if you don't care about automation and reporting, then it serves its purpose. Monitoring hundreds of employees could be challenging, due to the technical problems Relias faces on a consistent basis, but for a smaller company like ours, it is a manageable amount of calls for support/technical problems.
We utilized Relias for training classes and CEUs as well. Everyone within the organization was assigned specific assignments to complete on a monthly basis. These consisted of a variety of different subjects related to everyone’s particular position.

The Relias Learning Management System is a fantastic tool for allowing flexible options to maintain compliance, even when you have a remote workforce. Its reporting features ensure that even the busiest supervisors can quickly monitor compliance so that your organization is ready for its next audit or survey. With a few minor improvements to the supervisor interface, it would also be a tremendous tool for competency and performance review management.
We use the Relias Learning Management System to do our annual employee training. We have also used the software to add extra coursework that we feel an employee may need to educate them about their job further. There are a ton of courses available to assign or that the employee can self assign themselves. The software is very easy to navigate through as well. I especially love how we can make up our own training and assign that to employees. I think that it is extremely important to have the flexibility to make our own training courses as we built it to be unique to our business.

Reporting, Although the reporting feature generally is easy to get, sometimes I have found it challenging to get the information I am specifically looking for on one report.
We use Relias across all of our programs and teams. We use it for initial orientation for new staff, as well as annual orientation for all staff. Before we started using Relias, we used paper training modules where staff would read and initial off on the training they completed. This caused two problems: we didn't know if the staff was actually reviewing the material, and it was also hard to track completion.

Our overall experience using Relias over the past 5 years has been rather pleasant. This electronic system has given us the opportunity to manage our training program more effectively. The reports feature is helpful because it is easy for us to run reports to completion across our agency. The email reminders of new content as it relates to courses is extremely helpful. The email notifications about courses that are coming due or past due make it easy to get the word out to new staff and existing staff that they have modules they need to complete. Our supervisors love Relias for their staff.
