I Couldn't Have Done it Without RangeMe

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have held premium membership since our inception several years ago. Our team diligently utilized the platform to secure partnerships with major retailers such as Walmart, Lowe's, Tractor Supply Co, and Rural King through retailer campaigns facilitated by RangeMe. None of these collaborations required any slotting fees or exorbitant placement costs once we were accepted. So, for us, its a 'you get what you put into it' kind of deal.

It's important to note that challenges related to the 'cost of doing business' with retailers are independent of RangeMe or its services. Be ready to tackle additional expenses like adhering to packaging specifications and providing samples beyond the platform.

Pros

  • Gets our products in front of the right buyers
  • Keeps listings simple and easy for buyers to find the info they want quickly
  • Account Manager was immediately available to us as Premium Members
  • The Dashboard allowed us to see who was looking at our products and how often they were scrolled
  • Our Premium membership allowed us to apply to retailer campaigns free of charge

Cons

  • I did not know ECRM was a partner service that worked hand-in-hand with RangeMe

Return on Investment

  • We have pitched to 4 Large Retailers and been accepted by all of them.
  • Some buyers tell you exactly what they are looking for and give you the opportunity to deliver a product to meet that need.
  • Retail advice received along the many steps taken along this journey has been invaluable.

Keep your Money, in my experience a waste of time.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Signed up on the free plan 5 years ago to see what happened. My experience in the last few years is that I've been, in my opinion, chased, cold called and harrassed by their sales people to sign up for a paid plan of between $500 and $2000 a year.

They have now decided to only allow free plans to a single brand and only a few products unless you subscribe.

In my opinion, their sales people are rude and aggressive. I have sold Millions to retailers listed on their platform and not 1 single lead came from RangeMe.

  • $2M from retailers advertised on their platform but contacted directly
  • I believe it would have been a waste of money

I highly recommend not used in RangeMe. It's a fraud scam exploit and they lie to you telling you they're gonna give you support and guidance but they don't. There is no customer service at all. It's like they don't have any experience but they're really happy to take your money and we're talking thousands, I recommend do not use this company. They will lie to you and we're forced to use it but there's not gonna be any assistance. The salesman completely lied and fabricated all his information and support. I also told him that I was vision impaired I need assistance with the website, but it didn't matter , they're just like any other big company who doesn't give a damn do not use them. They're not gonna help you you're gonna lose your money.

  • your lack of customer service, and support they're out of San Francisco, which is in California where I'm at but there is no support at all. Do not trust these people they take advantage knowing that you have to use them but when I support you.
