- Photo management. Construction is a risky business, and there is no better way to document, with timestamped photo documentation, the completed work on the job.
- Timesheets. Seeing the daily/weekly/monthly work hour graphs and curves helps us to understand what has been taking place on this job site.
- SIMPLE SIMPLE SIMPLE. Absolutely no learning curve. This is a huge plus.

- Great iPhone application - The application makes reporting and adding photos very easy.
- It's easy to navigate different days and reports. Or to find keywords or subcontractors and when they performed work.
Cons
- I hear some feedback from our field team that occasionally the application is slow or crashes on their devices.
Return on Investment
- Raken definitely saves costly superintendent time and can be used as a tool to review dates, weather, etc. if a case is opened or an issue comes up that needs to be checked back on.
- Raken is only as good as the data inputted into it. If your team does not use all of the functions you don't get a good product.
