Use Cases and Deployment Scope
I am highly disappointed with this tool. I saw a lot of bugs, lack of flexibility and awful UX as administrator. The support was not much of a help either as there are not many smart options to manipulate incoming data to Qualtrics. Reporting is absurd in my opinion. Trying to figure out why Qualtrics decides to do something to the data is a dead end. Very hard to use both from devs and sys admins. Not to mention the average responsible company guy that they would put in charge to manage these surveys. Most definitely wouldn't recommend. I've used much easier tools that can do pretty much the same.
Pros
- Has nice email visualizations
Cons
- Receiving data from other software
- Ability to manipulate data within Qualtrics (other than one by one manually)
- Better UX for admins. Currently although nice in looks, it's very much not intuitive and complex to manage surveys.
- If some data is missing, it's absolutely unclear how Qualtrics decides to populate it with random staff.
Return on Investment
- The Qualtrics implementation exceeded its budget three times.
