Beanworks, by Quadient is used as our invoice management for many Nursing Home facilities. It has the appropriate software to enter GL info and has a great system of obtaining approval.

The one part I would suggest approval in is when updating an invoice. If for example, one employee approved an invoice and then I, the administrator, make a change before the second employee approves an invoice the invoice is resubmitted to the original employee. It would be much easier if the invoice would only go to the secondary/final approver even once a change is made.

Beanworks has been implemented within our organization across all departments. We have also started using it within the other companies that we manage. Some of the companies that we do business with are not in the same building; Beanworks and its cloud-based system make it easy for us to still upload and manage invoices.

Beanworks is a great tool used in conjunction with QuickBooks. It has helped eliminate paper invoices across the company, as the invoices can be accessed and uploaded digitally and be seen/approved by the appropriate users. It is easy to get information synced from Beanworks and into QuickBooks, and vice versa.
