Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I act as a consultant for clients who want to improve their processes or design new information systems. I use Qlerify to describe processes and create requirements specifications.

With some clients I use Qlerify alone and only deliver the outcomes and with others with a larger team in a collaborative way.

Extremely well suited for process development and since it closes the gap between ICT and Business, for software development.

It is less appropriate in cases where swimlane type of process map doesn't suit well.

I use it to visualize our business processes and requirements for the tech team.

Pros

It maps out processes extremely fast.
They create flow charts automatically using my prompts. It saves a lot of time.
I can easily create tasks and stories from the flows.

Cons

It could use some UX improvements I assume.

Likelihood to Recommend

When you create a business process, map out user flows, or create a project with a lot of stakeholders, you can visualize every step, make changes very fast, collaborate with colleagues, manage your stories, and release plans right in one place. Moreover, I can transfer all tasks to our Jira from Qlerify.

Qlerify really changed how we manage work within our development team. Even though we are not even scratching the surface on all the possibilities we are certain that our processes have changed a lot. We were struggling a lot on internal organisation and now the improvement and the impact it had on our company is very obvious for us.

I use Qlerify to model and design business processes internally and in my client work. Qlerify helps me to quickly share ideas and collaborate both with partners and clients to visualize and document processes and understand bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Qlerify can help untangle processes faster than any other tool I have used before.

Likelihood to Recommend

Qlerify is very strong in collaborative work in process modeling and design and it speeds up the discovery process. The ability to create, e.g., user stories and export them directly to Jira backlog is valuable in accelerating software development. The UI is also simple and flexible enough for ad hoc brainstorming.
