We have used Pushpay for our donor giving management platform for ~8 years. They process all of our general and designated giving payments as well as our registration income for various events put on by our youth, kids, and adult ministry groups. They also manage your donor giving records for year-end receipts.
Pros
Robust platform
Known name
Cons
COST!
Customer service
Elimination of contracts

In my experience, when it was time to move on to a new giving system, Pushpay was incredibly inflexible to work with. Because they operate on an annual contract basis, it made timing a successful transition to a new system essentially impossible for us. In our experience, when we communicated our intentions, they were initially receptive to working out a solution with us (such as moving to a month-to-month until the transition was complete). In our experience, once we made the transition, they withdrew on that willingness, so we have been paying $350/mo for the past 7 months for nothing, and we have a couple more to go. Unfortunately, it has been an incredibly unpleasant experience for us and it feels like we're being financially exploited and raked through the coals. I would strongly urge all to find a different platform for their giving processing. In my opinion, the idea of annual contracts should have died with the cable and cell phone packages from when I was a kid.
Pushpay helps the church receive payments for events like our annual youth conference, our summer camp, and various conferences. Additionally, Pushpay helps us receive online donations to our church. Lastly, Pushpay is the company that owns our Church Community software, Church Community Builder, which has proven to be an invaluable resource to us in connecting with our congregants.
Pros
Receive payments for church events
Receive donations and contributions to the church
Help manage our CRM (church community database)
Cons
Ability to apply multiple discount codes on a single transaction
Church management software could be more aesthetically pleasing
Church management software could be slightly more user friendly in the "Process queues"

Pushpay has been fantastic for us in the implementation of events, especially in the processing of registration forms and collecting fees. Pushpay has also been great in helping us receive donations and contributions to the church. Additionally, I have also used Pushpay (specifically, the CRM database) to help in our process of Church Membership (receiving applications, registering attendance at our membership classes, etc).
