Pros

  • Best tool to keep track of progress and people
  • Customizable & adaptable to all of your business needs
  • This can be accessed through various mobile devices including laptops, tablets and smartphones (for Android, Windows and iOS phones).

Cons

  • Its bit complex, user interface should be bit user friendly
  • Mobile Apps navigations to switch from one task to another task is not smooth
  • I think it should have more automation for the tasks
