User administration is very intuitive and simple.
Rules are quickly implemented allowing solid email incidence response.
Enterprise support is spectacular offering to go above and beyond whenever necessary.

Cons

Proofpoint is actively adding features and functionalities but this does take time.
Unable to whitelist domains with wildcards.
Detection is not always 100% but no vendor can claim that.
