Practice Manager at Mood Treatment Center (51-200 employees employees)
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use Proliant for processing payroll, paying payroll taxes, and some human resources-related issues. They also provided the RPO platform for use and help us troubleshoot the issues that come along with that platform.
Pros
Payroll administrator communicates well with us
Payroll administrator is quick to respond to questions and needs
Cons
I cannot get RPO to be changed to how it needs to be for our business needs (when T&L employees move to salaried, for example). I have had several meetings regarding this and it still is not fixed -- more than a year later
Slow response from employee.helpdesk@proliant.com often leads me to send messages to payroll administrator for response
I believe we are paying for some added services; I do not know what these services are and I've asked on several occasions to have someone contact me about this.

Assistant Practice Manager in Human Resources at GREENSBORO MEDICAL ASSOCIATES (11-50 employees employees)
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We utilized the Payroll, Paid time off, and benefits services. Payroll use was for all employees to clock in and out every day. The paid time off aspect made sure that all employees had the correct amount of PTO to use by the anniversary dates. Benefit services were not 100% utilized as we used a brokerage service for the benefits but Proliant integrated those plans into payroll and we were able to use an employee navigator for the employees to determine the benefit packages that best suit them.
Pros
Fantastic customer service!!
Well implemented products.
Well rounded choices for all HR needs.
Cons
For benefit services outside of Proliant, I had to manually enter the choices that could have come directly from Navigator. Navigator would send over codes but they were not the correct codes that had to be entered for deductions to be counted correctly.
