We wanted a tool that will help us to show the employees the bigger picture and how each department is influencing our objectives. Besides the picture we wanted to measure the progress of each department according to the goals they set. Profit.co turns out to be a good solution for that, you have a lot of features where you can set objectives and measure them via KPIs. Link the team objectives to the department level and then to the corporate level or vice versa. It might look complicated in the beginning but you get used to it.

If used properly it can significantly improve the company's productivity and the employees' understanding of where the company is going. At my company, we use profit to log and track our OKRs, or Objectives and Key Results. Every staff member has access.

Profit.co is well suited, in my experience, for the managing and tracking of OKRs. Other than navigation sometimes being tricky, Profit.co offers a very wide range of customization that can really lend itself to great communication which is known to be a real struggle in most organizations.
Our organization is using it across all departments by the department managers. We rolled it out to our leadership last year and plan to cascade it to the rest of the organization using performance management functionality as well.
