I was encountering cart abandonment from multiple visitors and didn’t understand it was because of a glitchy interface until I used Picreel to create a mini-survey with a simple query asking why. Engaging users and increasing conversions are the main goals of this tool. Picreel has increased my sales and conversions. A tool like this has been amazing to someone who had been struggling with many cart abandonments. People are leaving after making a purchase.

Onboarding and success managers are available only in some plans. I hope they offer a successful manager on every plan in the future.

The tool is primarily designed to help increase engagement and conversions on the website. With Picreel, I have seen a rise in both.As someone who was struggling with several cart abandonments, the tool has been amazing. More people are leaving only after making a purchase.

The A/B testing feature is a godsend.
It has helped me determine what popup designs and copy work better to get results.
The huge number of templates sorted in various categories helps create amazing popups quickly.

Cons

The dashboard needs a little modernization and some custom fields. It will help get more relevant data.

It is super easy to set up a campaign in Picreel. They have a library full of templates to get started.

Although the tool is easy to use and navigate, there are times when we get stuck with the interface to find certain options. With assistance from their technical team, it gets all sorted in minutes.
The main dashboard needs a bit of improvement as there are some glitches and errors from time to time.

Picreel’s smart technology is super effective for our customer acquisition strategy. With the powerful popups to capture new leads, we are easily able to monetize a larger base of subscribers than before. Pros

The template library is huge and we can find almost every popup template for our fashion website.

Cons

A/B testing is good but the analytics and comparison feature when we A/B test the popups to check the campaign results need improvements.
As an e-commerce owner, leads are everything for our marketers to run campaigns and boost conversions. Picreel proved to be a great lead generation tool as we targeted website visitors with interactive pop ups at the right time. This helped us in reducing cart abandonment rates and we also witnessed an increase in our newsletter subscribers.

Lastly, the trigger options are so wide that we can target popup campaigns based on the visitors’ geo-location and the source from where the website is redirected to our website.
