Advanced Metadata Extraction: PhotoPrism scans original media and sidecar files for metadata like Exif and XMP data. It normalizes and merges the information, providing access to fields such as Title, Description, Date, Location, Camera, Lens, ISO, F Number, Exposure, Focal Length, Subject, Artist, Keywords, and Copyright.

Duplicate Detection: Skip exact duplicates during library scanning and automatically stack images with shared identifiers, filenames, or time and location. Sidecar files are always stacked with associated media files.

Backup & Sync: PhotoSync enables secure background backup of iOS and Android phones. Connect directly to PhotoPrism using WebDAV clients like Microsoft's Windows Explorer and Apple's Finder for convenient file management.
