Use Cases and Deployment Scope

PeopleGoal was selected from an initial assessment of about 8 other solutions. It is currently being rolled out across different regions and countries based on the maturity of the business. It has been in use for about 2.5 years in the business. The aim is for the whole organization to embrace the solution and implement as a priority item across all locations. We had an admin heavy, tick in the box approach to people management. It was imperative to have this changed to drive exponential change and growth in the business which was a business priority - introducing and driving a performance culture with a system enabling discussions and driving performance as opposed to the other way round.

  • User friendly was number 1 for me.
  • Clear to navigate.
  • Amazing one-stop ability to locate what you need.
  • Very cool self-help.
  • Awesome customer service.

Cons

  • You will find few if any things that need to be improved.
  • Your are able to make any changes that are not working immediately! Who does that?

Likelihood to Recommend

It is by far an amazing tool to use by the Administrator and the staff. Usually you have employees that are too intimidated to complete the P/R process or just don't want to do it. My staff has this completed almost as soon as I release the current year.
