PCI Pal is a provider of secure solutions for CNP payments. Their globally accessible cloud products descope the user's company from the requirements of PCI DSS. PCI Pal Agent Assist and IVR Payments use DTMF masking technology to suppress the telephone keypad tones entered by a customer during a financial transaction. And speech recognition technology is a feature of PCI Pal's Agent Assist and IVR Payments solutions, allowing customers to speak their details in a secure way as an alternative to using their telephone keypad.

PCI Pal’s secure payment solutions are architected in the cloud. This means no legacy issues such as DTMF bleed found in other products available in the market today. PCI Pal uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) as its platform of choice to host its global cloud payment solutions. The platform is split down into a series of regions located within a specific country. PCI Pal currently use regions located in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia. For fault tolerance and high availability, each region consists of multiple fully isolated independent data centers. By provisioning their services within an AWS region, the vendor states that by replicating systems across two or more availability zones, a highly resilient service is available, and the service continues uninterrupted should a data center fail.
