Paycom was used for project hours tracking and employee payroll tracking and management. This was mainly used by all the full time and part time employees to enter worked hours on a weekly basis. This would then be reviewed and approved by the manager. In addition, this was also used for the payroll where employee could see their bi-weekly paycheck, vacation hours accumulated and so on.

We have used Paycom to assist employees to improve on their skills and build career paths. We are able to streamline the payroll processing and tax management and ensure payroll is calculated accurately and employees are paid on time.
Paycom has been used department-wide for time tracking and record keeping for employee attendance, work scheduling, and compensation. My usage was via their Android phone app. It's a logical, easy-to-use, one-stop-shop for a great majority of HR-related resources, except healthcare-related benefit information.
