Currently, we primarily use Paycom for payroll processing, benefit administration, applicant tracking, time and attendance, and employee record keeping. These modules help with time efficiency, compliance, and reporting. We are in the process of implementing a host of other modules as our company is transitioning to a more digital model. We have had a great experience understanding how Paycom can support us as we continue to grow with offerings such as compensation dashboards, learning and development, and expense management all in one system.

We appreciate their accuracy, reliability, and the peace of mind that comes with knowing our employees are paid correctly and on time. The compliance support and reporting tools have also been a great asset in keeping our business organized. They are efficient and provide excellent service.

Setup options can be confusing to start functions. Guides are helpful but still can be confusing.

Centennial currently uses Paycom as a full-scope HRM system. We presently utilize all modules of the system. This includes payroll, benefits administration,time and attendance, COBRA administration, E-Verify, talent acquisition and pre-employment screening, talent management, performance management, and ACA reporting.

Setting up manager access is a clumsy and burdensome process. I would like to see Paycom revise this process so that system administrators do not have to set employees up with separate manager login credentials for client side access. It would be great if employees could toggle between their ESS and manager profiles without having to first set up their client side access with a separate set of login credentials.

Paycom has been a great fit for our organization. The customer service model really sets it apart from other systems. Having a dedicated account specialist and a team of backup specialists is almost like having another arm to our HR department!
Paycom is our comprehensive payroll and benefits platform, used for processes such as payroll management, benefits enrollment and tracking, employee time card management, paid time off scheduling and approvals, employ review writing and tracking, tax form distribution, and much more. Through the Paycom online portal and app, our employees are easily able to access and manage their entire year-over-year employment cycle. We especially appreciate the ease of access to important employment documents, such as pay stubs, tax reporting, and insurance benefits.

Paycom is well suited, especially for benefits enrollment. We've been able to easily integrate our insurance enrollment carriers with Paycom to build out a guided, step-by-step enrollment process that really helps our employees to ensure they are selecting the plan that is right for them and including all of the correct, pertinent information upon their enrollment. Paycom is also great for payroll and tax reporting, especially for our employees, as they are able to easily access current and historical pay stubs and W2 information to provide when needed.

very essential for a business to grow and managing the data associated with
them is no less than a challenge. Paycom is designed in such a way that it
gives me a detailed insight into the entire working processes of my organization and
[in] staying at one platform I can have an idea about the future requirements.
This application is helping me in originating the data and keeping the process in flow.

Paycom is all [I] need to manage the talent. I can easily view a particular employee's progress through its working hours and so I easily promote the employee to the senior position and in case of any vacancy, I can publish the hiring note prior [to] the timings.
I can easily manage the workforce through talent acquisition and carry out all the activities associated with human resources management quite easily.
To manage the payroll is quite simple as it processes the receipts and the paychecks directly from the banks. Also, it gives me detailed reporting about particular employee’s data and offers an easy association with accounting software, thus I have got rid of manual maintenance of the data.
Cons
Paycom could bring more flexibility in their pricing policy and should provide some detailed videos about how we could manage the passwords because I think for beginners it’s confusing.
Integration should be provided with other similar applications for easy dragging and dropping of the data.

It is one of the most advanced hiring management platforms. I will suggest this tool for organizing the employees’ data and for controlling your budget. It will provide you a clear picture of your finance utilization and
offers good administration features. Through this application, we can easily
control the risks and lawsuits. Paycom will help you to cross-check the lawsuits and to manage the tax.
We chose Paycom as our payroll provider over three years ago. But along with Paycom, we've digitized our onboarding to be paperless, something new hires can do on their smartphone. Paycom lso integrates our benefits administration seamlessly. They are also our HRIS for documenting all employee documenting.

Paycom is constantly developing and improving in all areas, so if there is something they can’t do right away, they will make sure you get what you need in one way or another
Paycom has been my payroll administrator for the past 10 years. I have watched the company grow from a small very efficient software company to a large very efficient software company. The systems they provide are all very user friendly. We have not taken advantage of the Human resource side of the company yet but from what I have seen it is amazing as well. I am very impressed with the efficiency of this company.

Customer service is an A+. I have NEVER called or emailed my account representative without an immediate response. If we have a question, the answers are only a quick call away.
Before Paycom, our payroll process was tedious and frustrating. It was inconsistent and unfortunately we were constantly trying to correct mistakes that we or our employees had made. Since Paycom, our payroll is literally EASY. We can add employees easily, we can delete employees easily, and Paycom has NEVER made a mistake on our payroll.
Training and communication is simple and effective. They rarely send emails, but when they do, we know to pay attention to the content. We have found many useful tips and ideas for our staff.
Direct deposit and accounting reports are flawless. Our corporate accountant loves the reports Paycom provides us with at the end of the year.
The training videos Paycom has put together for our company are unbelievable. I am most impressed with the professionalism of the employees and the content they can convey in many different ways.

The growth of Paycom has been fun to watch. However, with growth there are always growing pains. Although they are very efficient and the new representatives seem to be well trained, it would be nice to have a more consistent account representative. This position seems to change often.

Paycom seems well suited for small business or even large business models. Whether you have 2 employees or 2,000 employees the platform is very easy to navigate and the system is very easy to implement. The training they offer is beneficial for upper management but can also be utilized for staff members and contract workers. The information provided can be as specific or as generic as you want it to be. I am sold on the Paycom systems and the company as a whole. I am proud to say that all of my payroll is done through Paycom.
I use it for payroll monitoring, employees, performance reviews, documentation, payroll. We check ACA Compliance and performance for PDFs and PAFs. What it addresses? Compliance is a big one. Payroll, recording, documentation, onboarding just helps streamline.

I love the ACA side. You can't mess that up. The payroll side is also very easy, especially using Beti that has streamlined the process and probably cut the time down in half because it's just so automated. And then employees have access to their own pay stubs to check it and make sure that it's right.
Cons
It's probably more on the communication side when there has been either an update or a bug update, it affects something else and we don't know it until something doesn't work. So must be nice to have that communication.

Talent acquisition is very Beti. I keep going back to Beti. Beti is just awesome. That one just streamlines things. The talent acquisition position management, it streamlines, it connects all the dots.
