We currently use Paycom to process payroll for 7 companies. Paycom has allowed us to streamline a lot of the hiring process we were still comletely on paper. It also gives our employees the opportunity to be active in approving their hours and checks.

Paycom is a great asset to any company that is growing or has multiple entities and process multiple payrol schedules. The system is user friendly and being able to build your own package to meet your needs from the many modules available makes the system work for you.
Paycom has been a major asset since originally being rolled out within our company. The Paycom system has all but eliminated employee input error rates. Has been a tremendous asset for both management and employees. Paycom has been tremendously reliable and with its user friendly interface makes it user friendly for both management and employees alike. Simply put, Paycor enhanced our benefits administration, performance reviews, employee time in time out in the best way possible.

Paycom set-up the system to where you can easily process payroll, and employees can approve their own paychecks so there are never any issues. Expenses/Timesheets/Time off requests flow over nicely to Payroll
Benefits administration set-up for our many medical plans and other benefits, it is seamless and super easy for employees to view their current benefits and costs associated with such. The Open Enrollment was a breeze and benefits team at Paycom is very good.
Performance Reviews was such a great transition going from excel spreadsheets to actual system that works, employees and managers loved the process, rating and the whole process.

Paycom is suited for all Companies over 10 employees, I had a really great experience with the implementation team, and love how everything that I was sold on actually works really well, and you can customize everything. Time off requests module is excellent, benefits administration is so easy to administer, performance reviews were a breeze, payroll is seamless. I just love everything about Paycom. The team is super helpful and always there for any issues or questions.
We are using HR, Onboarding, Time Management, Expenses, and Certification tracking. Our business has had multiple systems over the years but never one that could manage each day-to-day activity that we conduct. Our employees are all over the USA working in the field and are managed from different areas. I use the reporting system to help with financials.

Paycom (Perry Watson) has been the most reliable one-on-one person that I, in 33 years, have ever had to work with. Paycom's platform is great, user-friendly, and easy to explain to employees who are not tech-savvy. Employees love the part where they get to see their check and approve it before they ever receive it. Our company is very different, and Paycom has helped me build a system where it is going to save time and money going forward.
I am responsible for managing human resources including the payroll process. I use Paycom on a daily basis to perform my job more efficiently so that I can focus on more value-added aspects of human resources.

We are a small company and Paycom has been an improvement to our previous system. If you want a system that is user-friendly for HR and Payroll, I definitely recommend Paycom.
I was sold Paycom as a payroll service that would be up to date on California payroll laws. What I found out is that Paycom is payroll software, and it's up to you to learn how to use its incredibly complicated software and get it to work with California laws. We use the Timekeeping (glitchy), payroll, expenses, scheduling, HR, and talent acquisition functions. The expenses were sold as highly customizable, but the reports they use do not show any of the custom fields you created unless you run a custom report, so you lose the ability to sort the information in a meaningful way. I turn off the expense portion since it has never worked or imported into my QuickBooks correctly, and they removed all access to past reporting, so I've lost a year of expense backup.

Paycom has improved our payroll process and they still come out with more updates every year. The background checks could use improvement.
Within our business the Paycom platform is being used across the organization. The system is used for the onboarding of new employees, record keeping, timekeeping, payroll and benefit administration. Paycom keeps our supervisors focused on the needs of the company rather than having to deal with HR/Timekeeping issues. Employees are empowered to enter and review their time and to request changes or updates when necessary. The implementation of this product greatly simplified our payroll processes.

Paycom has a lot of features that are useful but they charge for every addition and also want an implementation fee for each. This makes some of those features unaffordable, no matter the benefit.

Paycom is certainly an all in one platform and seems to handle any business size well. Our decision to utilize Paycom was based on how well the platform could handle our current size and how they would evolve as we grow. The platform certainly takes a lot of the back office function away by allowing employees to input their own information. Paycom is ideally suited for all company sizes; However, if there was one negative factor it would be that they limit their accessibility by the cost of the software.
I am currently a user of Paycom. I use the application for PTO requests, to view pay stubs and TX documents and for open enrollment to sign up for company benefits. I find the app to be user friendly and easy to use. I would recommend the mobile app to all Paycom users.
