At Cube, we use Pathfactory for content marketing, product launch landing pages, media page, and resource center. Cube didn't have a place for all of our on-demand resources or press/media announcements and Pathfactory solved this issue by displaying all our resources in one area for prospects, customers, and even internal users. For various campaigns and outbound efforts, we use templated experiences and content playlists to share relevant content for users to view and explore.
Pros
Reporting - detailed reports
PFRI has great details and suggestions
Customizability of experiences and playlists
Best customer service
Cons

I think Pathfactory is a must-have for content marketing. It allows us to share resources to users with ease and from a marketing perspective, it gives us information we need to know what content is working.
We use PathFactory to deliver a content experience that gives us tracking metrics and nurtures readers into other content. The goal was to drive engagement and deliver a great experience to our readers, and PathFactory has delivered on that. From a scope, we publish 100s of content live on PathFactory and drive 1000s of readers a week so it's critical to our mission.
Pros
Deliver a great Content Experience to our customers/readers
Metrics on readership to help us improve
Drive further engagement in our content library
Cons
More demand capture functionality (e.g. conversion points)
Likelihood to Recommend
Most content is delivered in static flat files like pdfs so you need a content hosting platform to get metrics. I recommend PathFactory over a typical DAM because PathFactory combines metrics and "binge-able" content experiences. These drive your readers to consume more of your content. I highly recommend PathFactory
They are used to create content collections for email marketing and chat widgets. We upload marketing collateral/ assets to PathFactory and create curated content tracks by topic, buying stage, product, and role. It gives prospects and customers a better experience because they can get all the relevant info they need in one link rather than spending time browsing and searching for the content they are interested in. It helps us create more concise and targeted marketing experiences since we can collect everything into one link.
Pros
Content library.
Topic tags.
Easy to use.
Explore pages.
Cons
Sometimes can be slow to load.
Some tasks can be tedious if you need to update or upload multiple pieces of content.
Cookie consent isn't consistent with the website, so it limits the type of content we can use.
We produce a high volume of content to help educate and inform our customers and prospects, but getting them to consume more of what we are creating was a challenge. In addition, there are distinct buying personas and multiple stakeholders on nearly every opportunity, with different areas of concern. Pathfactory allows us to serve related content in multiple ways, driving engagement and conversions.
Pros
Drives engagement with your content
Creates a personalized experience by persona/group
Facilitates additional consumption and interaction points
Cons
It would be nice if Website tools were part of the main offering rather than additional
Likelihood to Recommend
If you are in an industry where content drives pipeline through engagement and education, Pathfactory is an invaluable tool to help people consume more of what you are producing and offers additional entry and interaction points on your website. It also creates very specific and personalized paths through your assets.
I use PathFactory to create interactive user experiences for email marketing. My colleagues and I upload a variety of marketing offers (e.g., briefs, checklists, infographics, videos, etc.) to the content library. Then we add them to either content tracks or explore pages, customizable experiences that allow users to navigate through multiple resources on one page.
Pros
PathFactory has advanced in-platform analytics.
PathFactory has the capacity to house a vast amount of content from different uploaders.
PathFactory provides detailed fields for searching for and filtering through content.
Cons
PathFactory can sometimes be slow to load, especially when you are searching for offers.
PathFactory does not flag when files render in an odd way in content tracks.
PathFactory can no longer house webpages from my company's site.
Likelihood to Recommend
PathFactory is well suited to marketers who would like to present multiple resources to their audiences. It is especially suitable for establishing your company as a thought leader since it's a good medium for informative content. It might not be as useful for users who are trying to create short, catchy campaigns.
PathFactory helped to increase engagement in the company's assets.
Pros
Provides great recommendations.
Improves engagement.
Provides additional flexibility to the user journey.
Cons
We need to perform more QA on the solutions and tools.
The speed of asset processing is not enough, but it is definitely worth improving.
Develop fail-safe mechanisms.

PathFactory did a great job in assets consumption increase as well as overall improvement of the user journey. Chosen tools gave an opportunity to consume the assets in a great suitable way with an addition of context-based personalized recommendations. On the other hand, there were some minor technical issues that affected the overall experience with the product.
We use PathFactory to essentially give us the ability to create web-based experiences in less than 24hrs. Rather than create a webpage on a topic that may be too niche or too campaign-specific, PathFactory gives us the ability to stand up these pages quickly and efficiently, without taking an SEO hit. We also use it for reporting to get a better understanding of who is consuming our content, what topics are they gravitating towards, and which content types they like to consume content through.
Pros
Reporting
Ease of use
Cons
Design flexability
Localization features

PathFactory is great for topic-specific, ABM, or campaign-specific experiences. If you have lots of different types of content relating to a topic, organization, industry, or campaign, PathFactory makes it very easy to create those "all in one place" types of experiences. It's also great for creating a collection point across content types where blogs, videos, ebooks, etc. can all live on a single page simultaneously.
In my opinion, PathFactory is not a website replacement tool but rather a content empowerment tool. The experiences you're able to create don't lend themselves to the type of exploring you'd get on a typical website.
We use it as Netflix for B2B content. Here are the bullet points of use cases: Web page link to a specific asset on a Target or Recommend track link to an Explore page or a PF microsite (driving traffic to a landing page rather than a single asset in track) Email Paid advertising - retarget people and drive them to a topical track (e.g. all about AVA Energy) a set of assets of the same content type (e.g. a case study track or use cases, etc) funnel stage-specific track (e.g. MOFU or BOFU assets only for the solution/selection stage) Content syndication - instead of serving PDFs, if the vendor can syndicate links, you can put a selection of assets in front of them Webinars, virtual event resource section during event post-event followup with link to track relevant content Partner activities ABM activities
Pros
Tracks account data via IP and cookies
flexible in creating tracks
different ways to create tracks
Cons
sync with Google Analytics
integration with other tools
better personalization: e.g. machine learning or AI that tracks user behaviour and suggest content to them
Likelihood to Recommend
Great for content distribution and putting gated form for Contact us to those pages that don't necessarily have it. Improvement areas: as described in the previous question.
We use PathFactory as a way to provide a bingable experience across our website as well as nurture through email marketing, social media, ABM activities, and microsites for pre-implementation communication with customers. PathFactory is now embedded in everything we do across our website, blog, social, sales prospecting and account management.
Pros
Expanding the amount of content a visitor can absorb during one engagement on our website
The data and engagement information we are able to see at both the account level and the known visitor information in our CRM
The onboarding and implementation experience was fantastic
Cons
Many of us small marketing teams do not have designers or web developers on staff, so having free resources for HTML for microsites or templated experiences would be amazing
Better integration with HubSpot similar to Salesforce for PathFactory. We use lead scoring from PF data but would love to have more information in the HubSpot contact record
Likelihood to Recommend
Very appropriate for smaller or mid-size marketing teams looking for solutions for better web experiences and with teams who have a dedicated content strategist or sales enablement manager who can help sales with the utilization of this tool.
We use PathFactory to optimize the user experience, package content to encourage binging, and get better visibility into content consumption.
Pros
Custom design - easy to adjust look and feel to match the brand
Accelerating the buyer journey with more relevant content
Provides important insights to make better decisions on content strategy
Integrates with Salesforce to share content consumption history with our sales
Known visitors can avoid forms and still gain lead scores on Pardot
Cons
Analytics could be a bit more intuitive (it is easy to get lost among many different report types, need training)

PathFactory is a great tool for those who are still stuck with sharing PDFs with their prospects and who rely on content marketing or just want to optimize their content hubs. To avoid PDFs being a dead end, PathFactory enables buyers to get hooked on the content they are reading. It also provides valuable information on how long did the users stay on your content, did they move to the next one, and where did they come from. A smooth integration with existing martech makes it suitable for organizations of any size or industry.
