This is the 2nd company where I've used PathFactory to manage all of my customer-facing marketing content for the company (the other was Druva, a SaaS data protection company). Not only do I leverage the tracks to gain insight into where on my website content is being consumed, but it is also used extensively in the campaigns to monitor engagement with content for those campaigns. I've also implemented PathFactory for sales so that the sales team has dedicated tracks for their customer engagement. This ability to easily create tracks for managing content and drive my website content library by exploring pages was why I implemented PathFactory a 2nd time at my current startup.

I've used PathFactory extensively for managing content and creating the web-based content library and embedded tracks for webpages - definite strengths there. I have not implemented some of the newer website features, so I can't comment there.
PathFactory is primarily managed and used by the marketing department, with some spillover use by the sales team.

Customer specific content pages (explore pages) are easily deployed and highly effective - and make the prospect feel good about the effort we're putting in

Inability to automatically organize list of content items by reverse chronology means new content must be drag-dropped to top of page. Not a huge deal but a minor annoyance.

Just an overall incredibly designed solution for any marketing team using content. Clearly developed by and for marketers with frequent updates that improve the solution over time. Much better than competing resource hub solutions (I have 7 years of experience with those). Great support and customer success team. Just a pleasure to work with them.
PathFactory has been used on our website to promote our resource library as well as within segmented email nurtures and ABM campaigns. With the integrated forms, we have been able to reduce dead-ends typically associated with content offers. Robust integration with Marketo allows us to un-gate our content and still alert our Sales team to fast-moving buyers.

Honestly not much to say here. The product roadmap that they have shared seems to cover most of the areas we need, such as deeper analytics and UX improvements.

If you need a highly customizable content bingeing platform that integrates well with Marketo and SFDC, then PathFactory clearly beats out the competition.
Host all content. Place like-themed content in playlists that encourage visitors to binge additional content after reading the initial target content. Tracks content visitors and provides valuable intent data to aid in pipeline development and sales efforts.
