Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We used Parabol in my previous company for a very short time to manage meetings effectively for internal team collaborations as well as for our meetings with our existing clients and prospects. It helped our sales and marketing teams improve meeting conversions and efficiency and become more agile and collaborative.

  • Integrations with internal tools.
  • Smart Scheduling rules can be much advanced like Calendly.

Likelihood to Recommend

Parabol has been very useful in running meetings in person as well as digitally. Parabol become extremely useful for us in COVID when we used smart meeting scheduling and run them in an agile way using Digital Kanban board and sticky notes, easy to manage check-ins and integrations with internal tools.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Parabol is an invaluable tool for group collaboration and cohesion with coworkers, enabling seamless virtual retrospectives while working remotely. The retrospectives follow an easy process that helps with moderating and really emphasize what is important at the current moment. Parabol also offers planning poker which I found to be very well designed. The poker impressively shows the votes that have been cast and the final decisions made.

Parabol is suitable for working configurations of all kinds, in-person, fully remote, or a hybrid work setup, employees can benefit from the software regardless. The retrospectives are effective when applied to an actual project or when used as a mock retrospective. The icebreaker question is also very useful as it helps establish the mood moving forward.
