Use Cases and Deployment Scope
I have been an OutboundEngine user for at least 8 years long before staying top of mind could be fully automated but I continue to use this service because I have tangible results that it is much more than just a "touch". I attribute actual tranactions to this tool and will use as long as I am a Broker/Realtor.
Pros
- Provides information of value
- Not specifically Real Estate makes it more valuable
- Reminds my data base that I am always there for them.
- Keeps me and my contact information in front of them
Cons
- automatic transfer of new leads would be awesome and I believe was a service they used to offer
- gives my data base easy access to me and all of my credentials
- great reading materials and exculsive data based
Return on Investment
- One client identified how one article I sent that he read saved him from having to replace his entire AC system.
- One client actually thought I was sending this to him personally because I valued him
- One of the above transacted with me twice for over $3M in sales
