We use Out'n for Outlook like a colaboration and control tool for employeers.
The organization also use for mobile devices for remote workers.
The organization control the working hours and also the phone dialer (Not working properly)
Now we have in the process of integration with 365 and it is not than easy that we thought.

- Outlook Contact Synchronization automatically
- Time sheet informs for the remote workers
- Sensing presence for remote workers and local employeers
Cons
- Panel department it is not easy to implement
- 365 compatibility need to improvement
- Remote mobile commands many times not working

3.- In Europe there are many legal requirements to comply with the GDPR with employees and the sharing of information. Express authorizations and many requirements, and one emplyee can say not to the authorization.
