Great for a easy to use dashboard for cookie management. Easy to install if you have multiple websites. However there is a lack of customization options that make it seem hard to work with sometimes based off what you are trying to achieve.

Osano makes this a breeze reducing our legal teams needs to monitor changes at the local level and adjusting settings on the fly based on current laws across the glove.
Simple to setup and install, but with options to allow greater control and flexibility for more advance users. Highly recommended.
One area that could be improved is in greater control of certain styling elements within the system but other than that top notch software.

For organizations that don't have the legal team to monitor and implement compliant cookie management solutions across the globe in the ever changing landscape, this product is perfect. Osano monitors vendors and laws across the globe to maximize compliance and even provides GDPR support for those that don't have a physical presence in the area.
We currently use Osano to manage our cookies on nearly 20+ websites. We use the consent manager product to sort cookies and scripts that run on these sites. Our partnership with Osano began when the CCPA was enacted and we needed a robust tool to make our sites compliant. I single-handedly use the Osano platform within my organization. The sites were initially set up with Osano nearly 2 years ago and I continue to manage the running scripts and classifications within the platform.

"Blocklist" feature is handy for spamy scripts still lurking on old sites.

[I] would like to have more details on what the scripts/cookies are for (it isn't always clear).
The step-by-step process of classifying scripts and saving vs. publishing is clunky and unclear.
Some [of the] naming conventions aren't intuitive - compliance mode, strict, passive, etc.

Osano is great for a full suite of websites to manage. Agencies and companies with many websites to attend to are a good match for Osano's capabilities. Websites that run a lot of cookies and scripts (aka anything WordPress) are good candidates for this service. It is also useful for managing user data, although I do not leverage that feature in my own use.
