Oracle Responsys allows us to solve different data collection problems, we can create personalized campaigns without much effort. In addition, Responsys gives us the possibility of creating large complex automations. We have configured our CRM to automatically add all the contacts. It is currently being used in different departments and I really like the tools it has with Eloqua.

Pros

We managed to efficiently automate campaigns with Responsys and its complex automations.
The configuration with our CRM is optimal.
We can solve our data collection problems.
It has very useful tools with Eloqua.

Cons

The interface leaves a lot to be desired and can be very complex.
Push messaging generates very annoying errors.
It generally has long charging times.

We have solved inefficient campaign and program issues thanks to Oracle Eloqua. In addition, we have supported marketing activities and improved communication with our clients. We managed to connect Oracle Eloqua with Salesforce as CRM and we have become much more efficient. We are still working to improve our entire work environment, but we are on the right track.

Very positive considering the results obtained with the integration with Salesforce as CRM.

We have achieved all of our multi-channel marketing goals, managed to manage social media, successfully complete all campaigns, email automations, and everything related to marketing with the tremendous help of Oracle. There is a large number of functions in Oracle Eloqua that, I have not used yet, there are many functions that are sometimes not possible to execute them all, in general my experience with Oracle is very satisfactory. The entire marketing team works with Oracle products to handle large volumes of data and they always create reports to see the results and to know the benefits and failures. Oracle is vital to the business and our marketing aspirations. There are only three departments that have the responsibility of executing specific campaigns with Oracle, they work together in constant communication to achieve success.

Many functions in a single product help us to have a wide production and know what is the best marketing strategy.
Robust and precise automation with emails.
Reliable and robust management of social networks.
Personalization allows changes to marketing campaigns independently.

Cons

The wide variety of functions are a great advantage, but they can also cause a headache because it is very complex to execute them all.
My experience with Oracle is extensive and I have always achieved all my goals with their products and my opinion is very positive thanks to the fact that I consider there are no serious flaws.
I have not experienced any difficulties running the campaigns with Oracle and I think there are no negatives.

Return on Investment

All campaigns are individually evaluated by us using Oracle reports to keep track of project profit and loss.
All campaigns have reportedly achieved amazing results and met all of our expectations, even exceeding them and surprising us.
I can confidently say that ROI with Oracle is always high and profits are constantly increasing.

I am using Oracle Eloqua as the marketing automation tool. It helps us automate our customer journeys, nurture them, assign lead scores and send the qualified leads to the sales team. We run all our product promotions, event promotions etc through Eloqua itself and it has been serving the purpose pretty good for us.

Eloqua is being used in our company's sales and marketing department as a partner helping in performing almost everything. It is helping us out in processing and launching our campaigns and we can execute our marketing-related plans .with it, we can set up something that is even complex and its integration API abilities are undoubtedly amazing.

With its online behavior track feature, we can keep an eye on our customer’s behavior on our website.
Automated email responses make things less time-consuming and with automated responses, we don’t have to spend time responding to everyone.
Good in delivering outbound emails.

Cons

Expensive price range.
Reports are basic with precise information and very few details.
Everything else is going great so no other flaw to mention.

Things have become less time taking and more efficient with their automation.
