It helps us organize effective marketing campaigns that we use to publish our adverts on our marketing platforms. It enhances [the] customer interaction journey with our sales and marketing team to be productive.

This platform is very powerful in organizing and coordinating all marketing channels. It can achieve marketing goals in any business enterprise, and I can recommend it to any organization or to any of my colleagues. It is capable of collecting data from different sources and using [it] to give real-time insights that help us to plan effectively for [the] future.

We use Oracle Eloqua extensively to send out marketing communications in our company. It helps us a lot with segmentation.

It's a great email tool and I highly recommend it. We use it for sending emails, managing lists, segmentation, and reporting. Reporting is good but would like it to be more robust. Would like access to the data without an API.

We are using Oracle Responsys for digital and email marketing to run different campaigns and leads to target customers and prospects for products. All the leads are automated using using Responsys. Email Marketing is run using Responsys to decide which customers to contact and which to opt-out based on criteria and legal requirements by state and laws. The software overall is very scalable and easy to use for any new or existing users.

Overall Oracle Responsys is a good product for email and digital marketing to run campaigns and leads but the user interface and automation can be improved to make it more user-friendly.
