Business Problems Solved
OpenSesame offers a wide range of on-demand learning opportunities, solving the primary business problem of engaging remote workers. With OpenSesame, employees can access courses from anywhere and at any time, allowing them to take control of their professional development. The software's comprehensive course catalogue has been used to provide employee education on topics such as compliance, workplace harassment, management training, leadership development, and diversity.
The software helps organizations solve various training challenges quickly and cost-effectively by providing a blended solution for all training needs in one place. OpenSesame offers a flexible per-user pricing program that allows organizations to select relevant courses for employees. The product has been used to launch an LMS with off-the-shelf courses for cybersecurity and harassment, making it a great resource for on-demand learning opportunities. This feature saves time and effort for the internal team while providing quality content to train workforces. By offering custom learning paths aligned with competencies, OpenSesame provides a comprehensive experience for participants and limits the need for internal content design.
We license certain training videos in the HR compliance area for use by our employees throughout our organization. This is primarily sexual harassment and non-discrimination training.

Some videos do not play easily on certain mobile devices.
Likelihood to Recommend
Very good selection of products. However, some products which we thought were available in both English and Spanish were not, or there was an undisclosed added cost for providing the product in Spanish as well as English. More transparency needed on this.
